Year 6 End of Year Trip

Year 6 visited Knowsley Safari Park and enjoyed a day to remember. The learners got to see various animals from different parts of the world, learning about their environment and their conservation issues.

The five mile journey through the reserve, visiting the five continental zones and their various habitats, was very enjoyable and informative.

The monkeys and the African lions were clearly the highlight of the day! The performance of the sea lions and birds was, as usual, excellent demonstrating their intelligence. Before returning to Caergeiliog we had to visit the shop to buy various souvenirs to take home.
