Caergeiliog Foundation School is situated in the village of Caergeiliog on Anglesey. The school has 407 pupils aged between 3 and 11, including 44 Nursery pupils. There are 14 individual age classes, as well as two Nursery classes, a Playgroup and a Creche. Nursery pupils are admitted to school part-time at the start of the academic year following their third birthday.

The school attracts pupils from the village itself, from the Royal Air Force base in Valley, surrounding areas and as far a distance as Bangor and Llandudno.

Around 15% of pupils are entitled to free school meals.

Almost all pupils come from homes where English is spoken as the main language. 6% of pupils speak Welsh with one or more parent. 5.7% of pupils come from a family where Welsh is the 3rd spoken language.

The school has 13% on the Additional Learning Needs register.
